I have had issues before with my washing machine which is only two years old. The first time the manufacture sent an appliance company that took two days of working on it but promised the issue was fixed.

Less then six months later it happened again. This time the manufacture sent out a serviceman from Goodman Home Solutions.

Santiago, who quickly assessed what the problems were. He ordered replacement parts that were sent directly to my house and scheduled appointment to come back as soon as the parts were delivered. He returned, as scheduled, and practically rebuilt the machine in under 2 hours. He checked everything out to be sure the machine was working properly. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable . I would highly recommend Goodman and send out

my thanks and appreciation to Santiago.

Our new refrigerator was making strange noises. The Goodman tech Joe checked everything, found and resolved the issue quickly and no more noises. Fridge works great. Joe was professional, very helpful, and obviously knowledgeable about what to do in the situation. We were very pleased with our experience with Goodman.

The professionalism and workmanship Andrew displayed while repairing my machine was amazing. Andrew was prompt, courteous, friendly and has a great smile of friendship when he introduces himself which is so nice. Didn’t want to leave 5 stars because the microwave is defective. Kourtney the tech acknowledged the problem, unfortunately the start switch mechanism is a weak link. Wish I would have known before I spent a small fortune on the combo set. I hate it, oven great microwave is garbage. Kourtney deserves 5 stars he unlike the first techs with another company never brought what they needed….
