Poor customer service
I had an appointment with a technician to repair my refrigerator. I had to wait one week just to get an appointment, and when the technician arrived, I evidently did not hear the doorbell. I missed him within a ten minute time frame. I attempted to contact the company all day by calling them at least 7 times. I could not get a response through email, phone or text. Six hours later, someone answered the phone and told me that the technician reported that he had repaired the refrigerator which was not true. The technician has never been in my house or has ever seen me. The company would not reschedule the appointment until they were given an opportunity to investigate the situation. Thank you John Arnaud for nothing. I have paid $85 for a service call, but I was not provided service. I have been without a refrigerator for a week because the home warranty company referred me to Goodmanhome Solutions.
I finally contacted the home warranty company and they refunded my money, but reopened the service order. The work order was the same, but GHS would not reschedule the appointment because they thought they needed a new work order number.
After much discussion, I was disconnected and then I tried to call GHS back to schedule an appointment because they would not call me back.
I tried to reschedule and open/active service order, but GHS would not answer the phone. I called four times after receiving my work order number and the last time I sat on the phone for a total of 28 minutes. No one ever picked up the phone. It was Friday afternoon and I knew that I didn’t contact GHS before 4:15 pm, I could forget getting assistance. I was correct and so I will have to wait until Monday to try and schedule a service appointment and I will spend another week without a refrigerator or a place to store food.
