Goodman was assigned as the company to complete the repair on my washer through my home warranty company. It has been over a month, and the washer has not been fixed. There have been 2 service visits, each with a rude tech who threatened to leave because he couldn’t find parking in a residential neighborhood, and then a third visit where no one showed up! Goodman could not even contact the tech to find out what happened. Its been 5 days and I have not heard anything, nor have they returned text messages, voicemails or calls directly from the warranty company. Is it really so hard to give an update? Any future repairs for my home assigned here will be cancelled.

Still waiting for my dryer to be fixed. Home warranty company saw that goodman was available on 8/18. Goodman then changed it to 8/25 without telling the home warranty company. So I’m seeing dishonesty on Goodman’s part. Who knows if my dryer will ever be fixed?

Very disappointed

Had an appointment for them to fix my dryer. They never showed up and never called. Then I get a text rescheduling the appointment for 3 weeks later. I have been calling and leaving messages for two days with zero response from them. My suggestion is go elsewhere if you want any service.

We’ve been trying to get our dishwasher fixed under warranty for nearly 2 months now. The first appointment, our technician no show/no called us. We found out later he was injured the day of, and although a call from someone would have been nice, we understand things happen sometimes. However, we are now on our 3rd no call/no show appointment and have had very little help from customer service. They actually gave us the technician’s phone number and told us to call him ourselves rather than actually managing their own employees. Not to mention, when we have tried to reschedule we aren’t typically given options, rather just notified of when our appointment is. We’ve taken off of work and rearranged our schedules 4 times now to accomodate them, and 3 of those 4 times we’ve been stood up. Very unprofessional and disappointing. If our home warranty allowed us to go through ANYONE else, we would. If I could leave a zero star review I would have.

Poor customer service

I had an appointment with a technician to repair my refrigerator. I had to wait one week just to get an appointment, and when the technician arrived, I evidently did not hear the doorbell. I missed him within a ten minute time frame. I attempted to contact the company all day by calling them at least 7 times. I could not get a response through email, phone or text. Six hours later, someone answered the phone and told me that the technician reported that he had repaired the refrigerator which was not true. The technician has never been in my house or has ever seen me. The company would not reschedule the appointment until they were given an opportunity to investigate the situation. Thank you John Arnaud for nothing. I have paid $85 for a service call, but I was not provided service. I have been without a refrigerator for a week because the home warranty company referred me to Goodmanhome Solutions.

I finally contacted the home warranty company and they refunded my money, but reopened the service order. The work order was the same, but GHS would not reschedule the appointment because they thought they needed a new work order number.

After much discussion, I was disconnected and then I tried to call GHS back to schedule an appointment because they would not call me back.

I tried to reschedule and open/active service order, but GHS would not answer the phone. I called four times after receiving my work order number and the last time I sat on the phone for a total of 28 minutes. No one ever picked up the phone. It was Friday afternoon and I knew that I didn’t contact GHS before 4:15 pm, I could forget getting assistance. I was correct and so I will have to wait until Monday to try and schedule a service appointment and I will spend another week without a refrigerator or a place to store food.
