Our service tech Daniel arrived within the time frame and got right to work on our refrigerator. He quickly diagnosted the problem and called the manufacturer to explain the issues. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He could not fix the problem, but He made sure that I had a service order number to followup with the mfg for a replacement under warranty. Thanks
