Our service tech Daniel arrived within the time frame and got right to work on our refrigerator. He quickly diagnosted the problem and called the manufacturer to explain the issues. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He could not fix the problem, but He made sure that I had a service order number to followup with the mfg for a replacement under warranty. We had our dryer damaged by a power surge and Goodman Home Solutions resolved the issue. Communication regarding appointment times and updates (e.g., “will be there in 20 mins”) was excellent. The technician was professional, polite and extremely knowledgable. They had to order the part and kept me updated all the time. When the part arrived, they scheduled next day install. GHS is excellent.
